Christmas Day is done and we're still left with some ham from the feast. I wanted to make good use of the left-over ham, so when we had some friends coming over for dinner one time, I made Mac and Cheese for them. It was gastronomically sinful (of course, I'm a bit biased, hahaha).
And then since I made a big bowl of this, there was still enough for next day's lunch. Have you ever tasted any pasta that's 2 or 3 days-old? Well, in my opinion, it tastes even better because by that time, the pasta and the sauce have been mixed well together.
