Menu For the Weekend

I'm planning to cook up a nice menu for this weekend. I feel like celebrating ya know since my hubby was for gone for a couple of days because his conference in Subic. I want sana to surprise him with something I could whip up easily.

At the back of my head, I want to be able to prepare some Hors d'Ĺ“uvre to match my chicken and mushroom spaghetti. I saw some variation of it today when a supplier sent some to one of the bosses here. She made us taste it and it was good (it was from Delifrance by way). I'll try to recreate the recipe and hopefully my husband will like it.
