Cute Blogger Award

Pat sent me this cute blogger meme. Thanks Pat!

1. Each blogger must post these rules.
2. Each blogger starts with ten random facts/habits about themselves.
3. Bloggers that are tagged need to write ten facts about themselves. You need to choose ten people to tag and list their names.

Here are my ten random facts/habits:

1. I'm a certified lefty. I was just reminded of this when I heard that Obama is a lefty too.
2. I still have a cabinet-full of clothes which no longer fit (wishing that someday, I'll lose enough weight to start wearing them again).
3. I really don't go for chunky fashion jewelry. I prefer real classic gold jewelries.
4. I used to know a bit of piano but lost interest because my teacher (Mrs. Zummel) was "amoy-lupa na" and I hated it! Hahaha!
5. I have yet to find 'the' hairdresser to give me that perfect cut.
6. I've been super grouchy lately. Bleh ~ bleh ~ bleh ~
7. One time, I cried when I saw our electric bill. Long story.
8. I'm a lousy bag-owner. Maybe that's why my husband would probably never give me a bag that's worth more than 10k.
9. I love to read but I seem to have not found enough time to read. I'd rather sleep really.
10. I think that I love to eat more than I love to cook. I also like drinking occasionally but not often enough to undergo alcohol detox.

Passing this meme to Iris, Jown and Alpha.

Some Relief

Since I've been on the edge because of my present condition, I looked for some natural remedies for my VOMITING AND NAUSEA:

  • Sucking a piece of ice controls vomiting.
  • Eat 1/2 tsp. ground cumin seeds.
  • Cinnamon and sliced ginger work by interrupting nausea signals sent from the stomach to the brain. If you are an herbal tea drinker, simply sprinkle cinnamon on the tea and drink. To make ginger tea, simmer a few slices of ginger in hot tea water.

Ai also gave me some helpful tips regarding this. Thanks Ai!

I hope it works!

Addicted to Online Games

I was just on the phone with my cousin who is 15 years old. He just called in to ask if he can drink the Coke in the refrigerator and if he can play the computer this afternoon. I immediately answered 'yes' regarding the Coke but hesitated if I should allow him to play the computer. You see, this boy's very addicted to online games that he even goes out of his way to know about call of duty cheats. He really should be banned from playing the computer on weekdays but I still have to learn to put my foot forward to take him out from his addiction.

Celebrity Real Names

As I am looking for a nice name for baby#2, I stumbled into this page about celebrities' real names. I really chuckled upon knowing that Caryn Elaine Johnson is actually Whoopi Goldberg and that Stanley Kirk Burrell is (MC) Hammer.

Among the real names, I really liked Laura Jean Reese Witherspoon (Reese Witherspoon). I would have preferred Susan Alexandra Weaver over Sigourney Weaver. I also like Robert James Ritchie better than his celebrity name as Kid Rock. But of course, I think I'm more traditional and really their celebrity names sound more interesting.

By the way, did you know that Aliaune Damala Bouga Time Puru Nacka Lu Lu Lu Badara Akon Thiam is now known simply as Akon? Hmmm. I think I better think twice before giving a mouthful of names to my child. He/She might want to change it when he/she becomes famous!

Car Hunting

On the topic of car hunting, I just sent my husband a copy of the repossessed cars that are up for sale in our sister company. You see, we regularly receive notices on the recently repossessed vehicles of the bank. There is a variety of car brands that you can chose from. And if you're lucky you can catch a good deal on a New Ford or any car of your choice.

For our Attic

Just last night, my husband and I decided to move (read: sleep) into my parents' room from our original room in the attic. The room has been vacant since my Dad decided to re-marry and move to Batangas. And as you see, with my new pregnancy, we realized that we needed a bigger bed for us. Since my Dad's bed is a king-size while our is a mere double bed, transfering to my parents' room would really be the right thing to do (plus there are less steps going up).

Later on, when Zoe (and baby#2) will be a bit older and more independent, they can have our room in the attic. And as they progress to be students, our plan is to convert what is currently Zoe's playroom in the attic into a study room cum library that is ideal for study.

I don't quite remember where I got this photo but this is more or less the design that I like.

I find this such a perfect-fit for our attic space. I just thought of posting this so I won't lose the idea.

On the way to work...

On the way to work today, my husband and I had a very interesting discussion about cars. You see, lately, I've been fancying on selling our Toyota Corolla and buying a new one that's would fit better our family's needs. I actually told him that I had my mind set on either getting a Honda CRV, a BYD E6 Electric Car or any dependable SUV. But of course, we just cannot plunge and buy anything without studying the practicality and financial aspects of buying a new car. Aside from the price and reputation, what would matter to me also are the engine quality and size.

In view of this, my husband suggested that we make a visit to some car dealers one time in order for us to have a more concrete idea of what we really want to buy. Of course, we also need to look at how our finances are doing and think if it is really practical to buy a new car at this point. With the economy going bad, it is sometimes scary to invest on depreciating goods such as a car. Do you agree? Is it the right time to buy a car now during these hard times? Your thoughts are very much welcome.

Tatay and Nanay

I found this scanned picture of my parents as I was looking for some personal files.

In this picture, they were both in their early 20s, very much in love and ready to take on the world. Looking at it makes me feel like crying.

Advance happy birthday Nanay! You would have been 62 years old this Sunday. I love you, I miss you and I know you're watching over me all the time. :-)

Planning Ahead

I just realized now that by the time I give birth this year, it will be just a few weeks away from Halloween. Well, it's never too early to plan, right? I would probably be too busy by then to buy a costume for Zoe and for little one. So today, I looked through the internet for nice Halloween costumes for the kids. I definitely want them to look cutesy and huggable! Maybe the whole family could even go in coordinating outfits like a set of Caveman costume like a Tarzan and Jane outfit or something like a his and hers costume for the kids (if our second baby would be a boy).

I looked through a collection of nice stuff for babies and found these really nice items for baby#2. If the baby will be a boy (here's just some wishful thinking on my part), I would love to buy this bell pepper bunting or this baseball outfit. I'm pretty sure my husband would like to see his infant son inside a nice baseball jersey for babies since my husband is very much a baseball fan himself. I could just imagine father and son donning matching baseball outfits during the annual Halloween party in our village. That would be such a cute sight to watch!

Candies

Yeah, candies keep me sane on days that I feel nauseous...

I'm sure my baby will turn out to be as sweet as ever. Hahaha!

Career Plans

It's already almost nine o'clock in the evening now and I'm still here in the office trying to finish some tasks and overdue reports. Honestly, I feel so tired already. Not to mention my present condition now (I'm eight weeks pregnant, you see), anyone in my shoes right now would have packed her bag and rushed home to either to take care of her family or get that much needed dinner and rest. But yeah, it always seems that I have no other choice but to finish my work even if there is still tomorrow. I have an over-due report since last week which I need to submit to one of our big bosses. On the side, I think, "Who's not a big boss in this office, anyway? Why do they get my priorities crooked all the time?!" My boss and her family own the whole company (which is worth billions of dollars), so it's no joke to working here in this office.

Many times, I wonder within myself if I should finally quit my present job, take up a PhD and start a career in teaching in the university. Way back in college, our teacher in Business asked us to do a Custom Essay about our plans 20 years from that time (we were more or less 20 years old). It was a tough assignment that I even considered getting an Essay Writing Service. But no, this was too personal a paper to depend on a 3rd party to do it for me.

I still clearly remember what I wrote in that particular paper. I said that at around 40 years old, after 20 years or so of successfully working in a big institution such as a bank, after studying and finishing a Masters degree in Business, get married to the man of my dreams, have good, intelligent and wonderful children and raise a happy family, I would be glad to avail of an early retirement and start to a new career as a professor in the academe. Yes, everything in that paper seems to be coming true except for the last part. I said that I wanted to go back to the academe and give back to the students what I have learned all those years in corporate life. I would probably teach business administration or something of that sort. I can also probably aim to get a Doctorate degree if my time, family, health and my finances permit. I would love to drown myself in Dissertation Writing for a couple of years. That would be a lovely time! But it's all just plans for now. Besides, it's still around 8 years until my 'deadline'. And even before I start daydreaming for that glorious day to come, I still have a reality to face and a deadline to meet. Until then, I hope to find a few minutes soon to blog again and air out my dreams and wishes.

This is Me

You Are Buttermilk Pancakes

Your prefer traditional, old fashioned foods.

You shy away from anything fake, and you like meals with simple ingredients.

It's not likely someone would find margarine or diet soda in your kitchen.

Instead, someone might find a loaf of homemade bread baking or a soup simmering.

Mailboxes Galore!

I never knew the importance of having a good quality mailbox until I found my credit card billing statement torn opened and found in the middle of the street not so long ago. I still cringe at the thought that someone tried to meddle with my private mail. Since then, I had always been on a look out for the perfect mailbox.

My search led me recently to a great online store that offers a vast selection of wonderful looking mailboxes for home and commercial use. Seattleluxe is there to bring not only security but added beauty to your home with their top quality mailbox merchandise.

Upon seeing the site, I see a wide variety of choices. For me, form and beauty count as well as quality. Now I have found just the right type of mailbox that is perfect for our home - a wall-mounted mailbox that looks sturdy and classic-looking.

ABC's of Nutrition

This is kind of a delayed post (since the activity already started). However, I would still like to share with you something interesting that you may want to attend. It's a series of talk by Registered Nutritionist (and my friend) Che de Vega about grocerying, diet and healthy living.

Just leave me a comment if you are interested to join me in the future talks. I was told too that after this set, the next activity would be a Home Management Course by Ms. Frannie Daez, the author of Keep it Together (a home management book). I am sooo interested!!

Be a Winner

Do you want to be a winner? If you know something about XML and DB2, then maybe you would want to join the xml contest online and win lots of cool prices. Don't know anything about XML but are interested to learn? Well, you can still actually join other contests on their site. By joining, you can pick up a thing or two about XML and other applications that can be of big help to you especially if you are keen of making it in the IT industry someday.

Some of my friends who are techie are so interested to get in this contest and have actually participated. XML is easy to learn, they say. So what are you waiting for? Click on the links of the website www.xmlchallenge.com, sign in and be a WINNER.

Aversions

Since I am in the early stages of my second pregnancy, I've stayed away from dusty places, perfume, mouth rinse, scented soaps, garlic, and other strong smelling-stuff. I avoid all these to prevent my stomach from getting sick and from probable allergies which I had experienced the last time. Due to this pregnancy too, I've stayed away from my disorderly closet, book shelves, shoe cabinet, Zoe's toys... in a word, from organizing. I prefer getting some sleep on weekend mid-mornings and resting in the bedroom. This baby is now more important than those stacks of clothes waiting to be put away, those envelope-full of papers and receipts needed to be filed, those toys waiting for me to organize. They would all have to wait when I am again able, strong and okay. Until then, the house will continue to function (with the help of my family of course). Thank God for a "masipag" husband and reliable house-help!

Strategies that Work

Everybody already knows that the economy has never been this bad at least for the past ten years. I watch the latest news and feel really bad at the way the markets have turned and how it has been causing lay-offs, losses in investments and closing down of big companies. The fact is, those who were once high profile financial executives are now back to zero in their business.

For my friends in marketing, I could only suggest to them not to lose hope. Although the cost of real estate properties has been slashed badly, there are still companies who can offer them Mortgage Leads through Voice Broadcasting that can result to deals and bottom-line sales. You only have to expand your market and look for the strategies that work.

Pangarap Kong Jackpot

For the third time around, we again rented out our house to the producers from Channel 4. I think the show now will be called Pangarap Kong Jackpot (previously Count Your Blessings). The title's like that because this is a show funded mainly by PCSO ata. Anyway, the main characters for this week-long episode are Dimples Romana and Baron Geisler. Oh di va!

I actually stopped myself from asking for a photo with the artistas. Besides, I couldn't find the perfect timing. Anyway, just a short anecdote...I was watching them do a take from the living room and B.G. was holding a cig. I looked at him and when he saw me and greeted me with "Hello Ate". Hehehe. Then he saw the suman that we have in the kitchen and asked me if we have Muscovado (which we didn't coz I gave away the Muscovado that I bought directly from Bacolod to my boss). I said "No, sorry!" and he said "Ang sarap kasi ng itsura nung suman ninyo (pointing at the plateful of suman on the table)." Hahaha. Yun lang. :-)

Surprisingly, the crew packed up earlier than before for which I was super glad. :-) At least we needn't lose sleep because of the taping at home. :-) Anyway, we sometimes hear neighbors questioning our decision to allow these people to rent out our house for TV. They say that the money being paid to us is so small and it's not worth the disturbance and the probable-damage that the crew may cause. Well, for us, it's really no hassle. The TV crew are all very friendly. We even get to see artistas right in our very own living/bed room and get paid for it (enough to pay for our monthly electric bill). So why not? :-)

My New Year's Resolution

Well, well, well. What do ya' know? January's almost over and I still haven't blogged about my New Year's resolution. Maybe it's because I still haven't taken it to heart up to now (and I tend to forget lots of things anyway).

DE-CLUTTER. That's my resolution.

It means:
  • throwing out unnecessary papers - receipts, lists, stubs, tickets, and what-not
  • file those important papers IMMEDIATELY and not wait for all of it to pile up (and get ready with all those labeled folders)
  • weed out clothes which have never been or seldom worn, don't fit, damaged or are plain ugly
  • use only one calendar/notebook so no more sticky notes
  • clean out bedroom cabinet which still has unopened presents and even wedding gifts
  • get rid of left-overs in the fridge which have not been touched for a week
  • declutter office supplies (I have too much of this really)
  • clean up the china cabinet
  • fix baby's toys
  • sell or give away CDs and VCDs which are no longer wanted
  • no to junk bags and junk drawers --- just put them straight to where each one belongs
  • A LOT OF HARD WORK AND PATIENCE

Wish me luck!

A Pregnant Woman's Diet

I think the good thing about having a second baby is having a more familiar feeling about the whole pregnancy in general. As they say, "been there, done that". In my case, I already know that this time, I need to be more vigilant and controlled in the diet aspect of my pregnancy lest I fall again into the trap of overeating, giving in to unhealthy foods and ending up gaining too much weight by the time I reach my full term.

For this second pregnancy, my plan is to eat healthier. I want to erase my past mistake of not having a very healthy diet during the first time. So I plan to bring out our blender so that I can always have fresh and nutritious fruit drinks in the morning. I vow to make this ever-reliable home appliance my constant companion for the months ahead. I also would bring out our turbo broiler so I can have more broiled meat instead of fried. I will also eat lots of leafy green vegetables even if I don't like it that much. And for the major thing, I want to give up eating junk food and drinking soft drink -- for this is my ultimate weakness. (If you're reading this Hunny, I hope you can help and support me on this).

Believe me, I'll do anything for this baby to be healthy, even if it takes a lot of temperance and self-mastery. So wish me luck!

Reminiscing

Just reminiscing old pics of our previous travels to Iloilo.

I was also a few weeks' pregnant (then with Zoe) in these pictures.

Looking forward to seeing Iloilo tomorrow...this time with Hunny, Zoe, and our new baby (still in my womb).

Celebrities at our Home

Last January 4, we agreed to rent out again our humble home to the producers of Count Your Blessings (airing daily, Monday to Friday, 5:00 p.m. at NBN Channel 4). The episode which they were going to tape featured showbiz celebrities Sheree and Coco Martin.

Sorry for not being updated but I never really heard about this guys prior to that day. So out of curiosity, I asked the others about their background. I heard from the neighbor that Sheree was part of Viva Hot Babes and that she has given birth already. In fairness, she's friendly, sexy and pretty up close. I couldn't believe that she's already a mom! I was afraid to ask her if she had undergone a tummy tuck for there seems to be no trace at all that she has been pregnant before, that is, compared to me who let my weight go up uncontrollably during and after my pregnancy. Anyway, if my job is to look sexy (as in her case) and if I had the resources (which I don't), I would gladly undergo a tummy tuck!

As for Coco Martin, he was also friendly and I could see that our two helpers were so ecstatic to see him in person. I heard that he has an acting award for a movie so I "googled" his name up and found pictures of him which were too sexy for me, so I stopped.

Anyway, as before, part of our agreement with the director is not to use the house, especially the master's bedroom, for scenes which are too sexy or too violent. My Dad specifically told us this. I think it's good to point out this issue to the producer and the director. We said that we don't want to be a contributor in spreading lewdness on TV. Instead, we only want to be part in sharing good moral lessons to the viewing public. Good thing the show Count Your Blessings is more or less okay.

Leaving you with a picture:

Off to the Market...

To continue my story from the last post, after breakfast, I had a sudden urge to go visit the weekend market in Makati after remembering the episode from Supermarket Chef of the Lifestyle Network Channel which we watched a couples of nights before.

So even if there was a yummy lunch of Nilagang Baboy already prepared at home, my husband and I still decided to leave and catch whatever's left before the market sellers packed away.

Here are some pictures:

We bought some vegetables, green mangoes (!), suman sa lihiya and other small things which I cannot remember anymore. For lunch, we contented ourselves with huge grilled hotdog sandwiches and a mango shake. After this mini-date, we headed to Glorietta to see what was on sale (Zara and Mango were on sale but I didn't have to urge to buy anything). We left empty-handed so we decided to go to our ever-favorite Conti's in Serendra to buy Blueberry Cheese Cake (my craving) and some goodies which we will bring to party that we were supposed to attend.

I super enjoyed this mini-field trip! Thanks Hun.

One Saturday Morning...

Last January 3, I woke up very early so that I could go to Mass. After taking a bath and dressing up, I took a home pregnancy test to verify my suspicion. Actually, I knew deep inside that I was pregnant. I only needed a confirmation from a test. A few days before, I saw that I had some blood spots so I thought that my period was on the way. I actually almost cried at the thought that I'm not pregnant. You see, we've been hoping and praying for a blessing to come for the past how many months already. Anyway, when my period didn't arrive on December 31, I knew.

I was so happy to see the two pink lines appear almost immediately. Pure bliss! Since it was still too early to wake up my husband and baby who were both sleeping soundly, I left the HPT at the bathroom so that it would be easily seen by my husband when he gets up from bed. Then I headed off to go to Mass (it was the first Saturday of the month).

At mass, I couldn't help but be emotional. I looked intensely at the Holy Eucharist being consecrated and I felt so happy, so grateful and so blessed. I texted my sister immediately after the mass because I couldn't contain the joy that I was feeling. Anyway, I headed home after my thanksgiving after the mass and was welcomed by a BIG smile from my husband. I was sure he saw the HPT because he was already busy cooking up something special for breakfast. His first words were -- "two lines!" It is a cause for a celebration!

He made us a creamy and cheesy egg omelet. It was delicious! He added cream cheese, milk, cheddar cheese and some salt and pepper to the egg so it tasted so great! That recipe in itself could be a subject for many of my House Everything's and even my father's textbooks' Essay Examples. Actually, I find my husband's cooking as a very interesting Essay Topic that I could go on and on talking and writing about it. I probably would even want to get a reputable group to send me a Custom Essay which features our favorite recipes and it would probably turn out to be the start of a nice novel like that of the style of one of Nora Ephron's books (I think it's entitled Heartburn) which I've read before.

Anyway, going back to the pregnancy, my initial worry about this time around is my OB-Gynecologist. I found out that I needed to find a new one in order to give birth using the benefits of our company health card. It really sucked that my ever reliable OB isn't accredited. So there. God, help me find a good OB that will take care of me and the baby. But I'm sure we're going to be fine.

See you in nine months baby!!!! Daddy and Mommy and Ate Zoe love you!

I Love Left-overs!

Christmas Day is done and we're still left with some ham from the feast. I wanted to make good use of the left-over ham, so when we had some friends coming over for dinner one time, I made Mac and Cheese for them. It was gastronomically sinful (of course, I'm a bit biased, hahaha).

And then since I made a big bowl of this, there was still enough for next day's lunch. Have you ever tasted any pasta that's 2 or 3 days-old? Well, in my opinion, it tastes even better because by that time, the pasta and the sauce have been mixed well together.

Christmas Get-together with Good Friends

Last Sunday, January 04, 2009, our family trooped all the way to Sta. Rosa, Laguna to attend the annual Christmas Party we have with our friends from way back. We got to know each other around 9-10 years ago when most of us were young, single and unattached. I was (still is) the youngest among the group and they all treated me like their young sister.

This group consists of Pat, Fred, Owi, Tin-tin, Gina, Stella, Teng and myself. The other people who used to tag along but are now out of touch are Mandy, Hector, Pin and Dave. I still remember when we would go on out of town pilgrimages (we still do actually) and summer outings with our families. Our last get-together was during Pat and Fred's daughter's birthday party. Prior to that, we celebrated Christmas at Owi and Tin-tin's brand new house in Merville.

When before we were mostly single, many of us now are happily married with kids of our own. Pat and Fred already have two kids while Owi and Tin have 1 cute boy who is almost as old as our very own Zoe. Stella and Gina are still both very much single. All of these friends of ours are highly successful in their jobs. They are that successful that I could include their names as reference persons when I do my Resume Writing.

Anyway, for this year, Pat and Fred hosted the Christmas Party at their newly-furnished home in Ayala Westgrove Heights. Their house is huge! Zoe enjoyed every single minute playing with the other kids. We also enjoyed all the interesting stories of what happened to each one during the past year.

One of the biggest news there is the decision of Pat to resign from her highly prestigious HR job in Ayala Group of Companies in order to be a full-time mother to her two kids, ages 7 and 4. She was fortunate enough to avail of a special retirement package that gave her a huge amount of money that can cover the full payment of their house/lot and their new car plus also buy her enough time to be just at home until she decides what she wants to do next. I think she's very lucky indeed!

Pat has climbed the corporate ladder in the field of HR for the past years. Prior to her resignation, she was a HR Business Partner already. So the moment that news leaked that she has decided to retire, many executive search companies already got in touch with her for possible hiring in some other big company. I am sure she has a very nicely written Professional Resume that can attract any good company. But she told us that even if many companies are now trying to get her, her priorities for now are her husband and children. So even if she has a fantastic Professional CV format to submit to her future employer, she prefers to take this time off first to de-stress and concentrate on settling down the kids in their new home and new school environment.

We really enjoyed our little get-together with them. On the way home, inspired by Pat, I told one of our friends, Gina, who hitched with us, to help me find job possibilities in her company. Her office is only in IBM Eastwood which is so near our house. I confided with her that if only I cut back on my travel time to go to work, then maybe I don't need to be so stressed with work that I want give up my career altogether. Anyway, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that something great will happen to my career this year.

Leaving you with a picture of our group:

Fish and Chips

For New Year's lunch, we decided to try out a new recipe which we saw on TV (Supermarket Chef). We used this recipe plus incorporated the other version of the recipe that I found online. What about these recipes that fancied my husband? BEER. Yup, the batter had beer in it. Tastes yummy. I'm pasting here the Jamie Oliver's version.

FISH AND CHIPS

Recipe courtesy Jamie Oliver

Ingredients

For the chips:
• 3 3/4 pints (2 liters) vegetable oil
• 2 pounds (950 grams) floury potatoes, like russets, peeled and cut into large chips

For the batter:
• 1 cup plain flour
• 1 cup beer
• 2 egg whites, whipped to soft peaks
• Salt
• 4 (9 ounce/250 gram) fillets haddock or cod, skin on, and pin boned

Directions
Pour all the vegetable oil into a deep pan or deep fat fryer, and heat to 300 degrees F (160 degrees C.) Blanch the cut potatoes in the oil until soft, but not colored, about 4 minutes. Remove and drain.

Mix together the flour and the beer, then fold in the egg whites. Turn up the heat of the oil to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Dip the fish in the batter and fry for a few minutes with the chips until golden brown.

Drain on kitchen paper and serve with bread and butter, wally's (battered, deep fried pickles served with ranch dressing), and pickled eggs.

Happy New Year!

Before anything else, House Everything would like to greet you a very Happy New Year! I know I've lagged behind in my blogging for the past few days. Sorry dears! I'll just try my best to make up despite the bad internet connection at home.

The past week has been so busy. We had lots and lots of partying, cooking, shopping, cleaning and organizing going around at home. With one more day left in our vacation (which lasted a good 11 days, by the way), it is still far from over. We will still be going out of town tomorrow for a party with friends in Westgrove. Plus (here's the big thing), there will be another taping inside our house tomorrow. Yup, we have again agreed to rent out our house to the tv producers of Count Your Blessings for another shooting for one of their future episodes. We heard that Coco Martin and a Viva Hot Babe girl will be part of the main cast. Too bad we will only get a short glimpse of them since we are leaving right after lunch.

Anyway, although I'm glad to get extra money from this venture, I'm also a bit worried because I know that the tv crew will be moving around much of our furniture. I really hope they don't add more damage to our pitiful-looking living room furniture that is already old. If only we could buy a new living room set soon. We actually found some fantastic designs online that matches our mocha-colored walls and we're looking forward to checking it soon. This will definitely be one of our top TO-BUY things for the house this 2009.
